Parent Survey Information

As part of our Equity-Informed School Climate Assessment (EISCA) our anonymous family survey is now available. This is an opportunity to have your voice heard.  At the end of the survey you will have the chance to enter a raffle. Prizes include iPads, Beats Headphones, gift cards, and more!

Participate by clicking this link:

The information you share will be part of a report with recommendations that will lead to an action plan. Manchester Public Schools is committed to giving every student the opportunity to succeed in school and beyond, and we need to hear from you regarding your experiences as a parent/guardian in order for us to determine what is working well and where change is necessary. I encourage ALL of you to fill out the survey! Please encourage your friends and family to do so as well. The Office of Equity and Partnerships (860-645-6041 or eortega@mpspride.org) can provide assistance if you need access to a computer or translation services.

If you have questions or concerns about the survey, you are welcome to contact Superintendent Matt Geary.

  • There will be a partnership with Waddell parents and families that supports the social and emotional development of all Waddell students while meeting their diverse needs.
  • There will be staff support for students to become self determined learners by accepting responsibility for their learning, working collaboratively and encouraging each other to take risks in their learning.
  • There will be a safe environment provided where all children and adults feel welcome, respected, trusted and an integral part of the Waddell community.
