Kindergartners and first-graders @MPS_Waddell visited UConn on Tuesday and saw the farm, had ice cream, toured Gampel, saw the swim team, and ran the track. Shown below are Waddell students creating decorations for an upcoming multicultural event.

  • Thursday, April 20 (6:30 p.m.) -- Illing Drama Club presents "The Real Story of Little Red Riding Hood." Tickets ($3 for students and $5 for adults) available at the door.
  • Friday, April 21, 6 p.m. (doors open at 5:30) -- 'MacBeth' at Verplanck
  • Saturday, April 22 (11-3) -- Car Wash in the front of Bennet Academy to benefit all school -wide events, yearbooks, field trips, and other fun stuff!
  • Thursday, April 27, 6:00 p.m. -- Bake Sale at Bennet Academy during the Student vs. Staff Basketball Game. All proceeds go to school-wide yearbooks, trips, etc.
  • Friday, April 28 -- Zumba Relay for Life fundraiser at Verplanck
  • Saturday, April 29 (8-11 a.m.) -- Pancake breakfast baseball fundraiser at Illing

  • Saturday, May 6 (7:30 p.m.) -- "Wild Heart" Charter Oak Music Garden fundraiser at Cheney Hall.
  • Thursday, May 25 (5:30 p.m.) --  Manchester Education Association's Retirement Reception at Manchester Country Club
