Life Skills with
Mr. Ashe
Teacher in front of Whiteboard Life Skills Curriculum

In addition to academic, vocational, and emotional development, students at MRA learn valuable “life skills” in a variety of areas that address some of the challenges that they will face as young, independent adults. Some of these skills include personal finance, maintaining healthy lifestyles, accessing health and support services, understanding the basic systems of our society including government and the voting process, courts and the legal system, work-place norms and expectations, and maintaining healthy relationships with others.
