Manchester Early Childhood Fair
Saturday February 11th, 2017 from 9:00 a.m.- 12 noon
Manchester High School Cafeteria and Gym, enter off Brookfield Street parking lot.
Manchester’s Early Childhood Fair is free, open to the public, and provides a wealth of information on programs, services, recreation, and local resources available for infants, toddlers, preschoolers and young children up to age 8.
Families can join us for a pancake breakfast starting at 9:00 a.m. in the cafeteria and stay for exhibitors in both the gym and cafeteria. There will be a free family yoga class and social emotional music performance in the gym for families to attend.
This year the Department of Leisure, Family and Recreation in Partnership with a Committee for a Better Manchester Youth Service Bureau Division will be joining with the Manchester Board of Education’s Department of Family and Community Engagement, the Manchester Office of Neighborhoods and Families, and the Manchester Police Department.
To align with Board of Education Early Childhood initiatives within the Department of Family and Community Engagement the theming of the Fair will be around the idea of neighborhoods and having all our neighbors ready to thrive in school.
Families will receive passes that exhibitors will stamp when they complete an activity! Once a family fills a pass with stamps it can be turned in for a small prize.
This will be a wonderful and engaging experience for exhibitors and families alike!
